2024 Seattle Area Christmas Events

Welcome to my non-exclusive list of events taking place during the Christmas season in the Seattle area and on the Eastside. There are so many great events this year and I want to attend as many as possible, so I came up with this list to organize myself and decided to share it with you as well.

Seattle Christmas Market

What: New this year! The Seattle Christmas Market features festive food, drinks, 60+ vendors, a Christmas carousel, live entertainment, a trivia night, and more.

Where: Seattle Center. South Fountain Lawn and Fisher Pavillion between Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle Center Armory.

When: November 24 - December 24, 2023. Hours vary throughout the month, so check the website for more information. Tickets are required for a specific time slot unless you are a season pass holder.

WildLanterns at Woodland Park Zoo

What: WildLanterns presented by BECU is an immersive journey through themed lanterns. There are three sensory friendly nights and a separate discounted night for seniors (65+).

Where: Woodland Park Zoo, 5500 Phinney Ave N in Seattle

When: November 10, 2023 – January 14, 2024 from 4:00 - 9:00 PM. (Last ticket is sold at 7:00 PM). Closed some Mondays and holidays. Days open change after the new year. Check the website for tickets and availability.

White Christmas at the 5th Avenue Theatre

What: Based on the beloved musical, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas.

Where: The 5th Avenue Theatre, 1308 5th Avenue, Seattle WA

When: November 26 - December 27, 2023. Saturdays have matinee and evening shows.
